Hello, my name is Jackie Arroyo Butler, and I am thrilled to be a part of the passionate and dedicated community of El Paso. I come from a family that values hard work and service, and I am proud to continue that legacy in my work. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Vassar College and a Master’s in Business Administration from UTEP, I am committed to making a positive impact.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of collaborating with local nonprofits and elected officials to drive progress in El Paso’s economy and workforce development programs. As Vice President of Government Relations at the El Paso Chamber, I played a vital role in uniting lawmakers and businesses to create a thriving community. My efforts at the Medical Center of the Americas Foundation resulted in a world-class life sciences hub and increased access to quality healthcare for all. As a Senior Policy Advisor in the Office of Commissioner Leon, Precinct 1, I am proud to continue advocating for essential issues like public safety, transportation, infrastructure, healthcare, and economic development.

I am confident that our community has the talent, passion, and drive to accomplish incredible things, and I am excited to be a part of this journey and to raise my children in this wonderful community.
